Most orders placed before 1PM EST will ship the same business day! We offer FREE UPS Ground shipping to the continuous 48 states.

 

RETURNS

Dissatisfied with your purchase? No problem! If for any reason you are unhappy with a purchase we'll provide a fast refund. All returns must be returned within 30 days from the order date, be in new condition and include original product packaging. 

Return & Exchange Instructions:

  1. Contact: Email our Customer Service Department. You must include your order number, located on the top right hand corner of the packing list, in your e-mail. This must be within 30 days from the date ordered to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Customer service is available Monday through Friday from 10am - 5pm EST. Please allow up to 24 hours for your RMA request to be processed.

  2. Return all RMA items via ground shipping to the following address:

Note: Returns must be in new condition and include original product packaging. The Manufacturer's packaging must be clear of writings or markings. The customer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs. If a return is requested after 30 days of purchase, a re-stocking fee may be applicable. Returns that have been received without an RMA number cannot be processed.

 

Refunds: Credit card and PayPal refunds are credited back to the account used for the original purchase.This may take up to 5 business days to process based on the specific type of account, after the return has been received and processed.
